Exchanges:

• Products are eligible for exchange within 20–30 days of purchase.

• Exchanges must be for an item of the same price range.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

• To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your order ID and reason for exchange.

• Replacement Time Frame: If replacements are accepted then , It will get delivered to you within 5-7 working days.

Credit Note Option:

• If you do not wish to exchange immediately, we offer a credit note valid for up to 30 days from the date of issue.

• The credit note can be used for any future purchase on our website.

Please Note:

• No returns or refunds are processed unless the item received is damaged or defective upon delivery. If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 3-5 working days.

• Sale items or discounted products are not eligible for exchange or credit notes.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer for any exchange request.
